First Step to Commercial Life
Sebahattin YILDIZ, has started commercial life through commitment and construction activities at his early age in 1972 Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon. Between 1983–2000 he has engaged in activities of construction, road and commitment .
Chairman of the board and the founder of YILDIZLAR SSS HOLDİNG, Sebahattin YILDIZ, comes from one of the well-known families of the business world.
First Step to Business
Sebahattin YILDIZ has started his business life through construction activities at his early age in 1972 Karadeniz Technical University in Trabzon. Between 1983–2000 he was active in construction, road, and commitment projects.
SÖĞÜTSEN SERAMİK FABRİKASI : SÖĞÜTSEN CERAMIC PLANT
Söğüt Seramik has been founded in 1973 and Sebahattin Yıldız became a partner in 2000 and, in 2003 facility has been purchased fully by the company. In 2011 Anatolia Seramik San. A.Ş. located in Söğüt was purchased and its name has been changed to Söğütsen Seramik A.Ş. Ertuğrul Gazi Branch.
3S Madencilik Seramik A.Ş. has been founded in 2001 to export the ceramics produced by Söğütsen Seramik A.Ş to international and national market. This Company also exports metallic mines produced by group companies.
ETİ GÜMÜŞ A.Ş.
Eti Gümüş A.Ş. was purchased within the scope of privatization in 2004. It is one and only Silver Production facility of Turkey. With its high purity as 99.9 %, Eti Gümüs is able to meet not only the local market requirement but also the requirements of international market.
Ergani Copper Corporations belonging to Eti Holding in 2007 was incorporated into the Holding under the name of Eti Gümüs A.S. Elazıg Branch.
FOUNDATION OF “YILDIZLAR SSS HOLDİNG”
Yıldızlar SSS Holding A.S., which is mostly active in Mining, Ceramic-Granite, and Energy has been founded in 2005.
To transport the goods in the most economical and fastest way to our dealers, 3S NAKLİYAT A.S. has been founded. Just to be able to provide the highest service to our contacts related international-national assurance activities; 3S SİGORTA ACENTELİĞİ A.Ş. has been found.
Economic growth of the group continued with the purchase of NESKO Maden ve Tic. A.S. under that Yozgat Akdagmadeni Rasih and İhsan Maden Ltd. Şti. Together with Ordu Kabadüz Zamantı Madencilik Ltd. Sti has been purchased.
DEDELİ DOĞALGAZ ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION
In 2010, two Natural Gas Combined Plant has been constructed in Bilecik Pazaryeri and Afyonkarahisar Çay.
GRANITO GIRARTO A.Ş.
In 2006, Granite Plant has been constructed in Çankırı-Kurşunlu. Production has been started with the most developed and global state-of-the-art technology under international quality and the trademark as “GRANITO GIRARTO”.
YILDIZ BAKIR MADENCİLİK A.Ş.
Yıldız Bakır Madencilik finalized its investments in 2007-2011, started its production of Gold, Silver, and Zinc concentrates in 2011.
With its 20.000.000 m2 surface area and 850.000 m2 closed area, Yıldız Bakır has the production capacity of 300mt / hour. In open and underground pits totally 3000mt ore is obtained.
The said ore will be processed in an enrichment facility, with 90% and 70% metal recovery.
The investment value of the company is 208 million USD; 160 million USD Machinery, Equipment, and Construction and 48 million USD stripping expenditures.
The company employs 450 people as of 2017.
YSSS ENTEGRE ORGANİK TARIM VE SÜT ÜRÜNLERİ HAYVANCILIK GIDA İNŞ. TAAH. SAN. VE TİC. A.S. has been founded in 2012.

PRIVATE SEBAHATTİN YILDIZ MUSEUM
For the purpose of protecting cultural heritage and works of art, “Private Sebahattin Yıldız Museum” has been founded in 2010.
For the purpose of social relief services, “SEBAHATTİN YILDIZ FOUNDATION” has been established.
In 2010, Sebahattin YILDIZ received “2010 OUTSTANDING SERVİCE AWARD” from Grand National Assembly of Turkey.
Just like every step of life, successful business life depends initially on being ambitious, determined, focusing on the right purpose with the right strategic plan and achieving this purpose by teamwork. Within all these perceptions, under any circumstances, satisfaction of our employees has been our essential priority.
“Mining”, “Ceramic- Granite” and “Energy – Oil” constitutes the main business line of our group. Addition to these sectors, we are also active in logistics, insurance, tourism, etc.
Along with natural resources human resource is also an important factor for the developing countries. Likewise, it is not the countries that have underground and surface sources, but the countries who can process these resources and use in their industries or who can turn the profits gained in these resources into new investments in other sectors can progress and develop.
Within this respect, as Yildizlar SSS Holding, we give essential importance to human resource. We ground our institutional structuring and operations to international management standards and give particular importance to team work. The purposes of our group companies have always been to make difference in their sector. As a result of protecting the sense of professional ethics, keeping the customer satisfaction at the highest level and giving importance to development and progress since the first day, addition to local competition, our group companies started to took their places in global sector.
